How long will it take to get my items?
If you pay by Credit Card, online, it generally takes 1 business day to create your personalized bracelets, necklaces and earrings. Unless otherwise specified, I send all domestic packages with 1st class or Parcel Post. If you choose Priority Mail® it averages 2-3 days. If you pay by Echecks it takes longer because Echecks can take up to 6 days to clear.

How do I know what size to order?

Bracelets: If you are unsure about the bracelet size to order measure your wrist and add 3/4" to 1" for bracelets. FYI - 85% of all bracelets are 7 1/2".
Necklaces: The 18" necklaces will not hang down very far. A 36" necklace would be a necklace you would wear similar to a charm necklace or a prayer box necklace over a really big sweater.

How do I know that I am getting a quality product?
On our beaded bracelets we use strong, flexible & kink resistant accu-flex beading wire. The wire we use actually has 49 strands (7 bundles of 7 wires) twisted together. We also use high quality leather and string for other products. We only use the highest quality sterling silver, gold-filled beads and other gems stones I can find.

Is there lead in the crystal beads?
Yes, there is lead in Swarovski crystals. We do not make jewelry for children under 13. If you want to order a designer piece for someone under 13 I will use glass beads instead. Please let me know if you item is for someone under 13 years old.

I have an estimate you gave me last month. Is it still good? Written estimates are good for 10 days because of the rising gold and silver prices.

Do you offer 14k solid gold beads?
Yes, we offer 14k solid gold beads but we only use them in necklaces if you specifically ask for them. They are approximately 3 times the price of our high quality 14kgold-filled beads. We only offer 14k gold-filled beads for bracelets. The 14k gold-filled are stronger because the gold is laid over sterling silver.

Child Sized Bracelets: These bracelets are not intended for young children who put things in their mouths. I use professional grade beading wire which is 7 strands bundled together with 7 additional bundles for a total of 49 strands but sometimes they do break and a child could choke on a small bead. All children who are wearing bracelets with beads must be closely monitored at all times. None of my jewelry is intended for children under 13.
